Tweco Copper Nozzle with 0.625-Inch bore size is designed for standard gas diffuser for use with up to 250 A Tweco no.2 MIG guns. 2.1-Inch Nozzle with 3/4-Inch OD is ideal for use in light to medium duty welding application up to 250 A. It features part number rolled stamped on the outer surface for easy identification. Nozzle will easily slide over the standard nozzle insulator. It can be adjusted to achieve the desired contact tip and nozzle relationship. Nozzle with adjustable recess to protruding contact tip relationship is made of 122 DHP copper alloy and is best suited for higher heat applications requiring longer electrical stick-out or in cases where the nozzle touches the work piece. It has nozzle housing; which is cut and formed from copper alloy tubing. Nozzle is sold as 2 per pack.
