Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders typically leave our facility 1-2 days after ordering. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Tracking number will be provided as soon as it becomes available.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as one becomes available. 

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Yes! We offer discounted rates for orders that contain 10, or more traps. There are number of tiers as well. The larger the order, the greater the discount. Contact us at support@maisupplies.com for large a coupon code for orders larger than 20.

No, we are not accepting distributors at the moment.
