Tweco Self Insulated Copper Nozzle with 0.625-Inch bore size is designed for standard gas diffuser for use with up to 180 A Tweco No. 1 MIG guns. 2.224-Inch Nozzle with 3/4-Inch OD is ideal for use in light to medium duty welding application up to 180 A. It features part number rolled stamped on the outer surface for easy identification. Nozzle with M11-1.5-6H threads size and recess contact tip relationship 0.125-Inch - 0.156-Inch is made of 122 DHP copper alloy. It has a 3-piece design that includes a nozzle housing; which is cut and formed from copper alloy tubing; a nozzle insert machined from a solid brass and a nozzle insulator constructed of silicone material. It has nozzle insert that allows machining of internal threads in order to match the gas diffuser. Nozzle offers electrical insulation required from the gas diffuser using the nozzle insulator. Nozzle is sold as 2 per pack.
