The Rechargeable Plus power system runs the headlamp on a ZITHION-X™ ZX350 rechargeable battery (included) or on three AAA alkaline batteries (purchased separately). For long-lasting comfort; the non-slip COAST Ultra-Strap is made of breathable mesh fabric and features a quick-release buckle and reflective striping all the way around. A rear-facing safety signal on the back of the battery housing shines in solid red or flashing red with its own on/off switch so that others can easily spot you in the dark. And the battery life indicator ensures you always know when it�s time to plug back in for a recharge.
