The AIRCAT 6403 Low Speed (3500 RPM) Composite Tire Buffer has been designed for re-treading and capping tire applications.  It has .6 HP motor that resists stalling and weighs only 1.75 lbs.  Comes with exhaust hose that is attached to the rear of the tool.  The 6400 uses a 5/16"" Quick Change Chuck.  It has an ergonomic speed control trigger and is only 9"" long.  The 6400; 6402 and 6403 all use half the CFM of metal tire buffers.  Comes with the standard AIRCAT 2 Year Warranty.
