The Ford Diagnostic Antenna Kit is designed to allow the technician to trouble shoot issues across AM/FM; Satellite Radio; and GPS systems. The kit includes known good antennas for each of those media applications; and a quick plug-in will confirm if the issue lies in the antenna itself.If the known good does not fix the issue; the included resistor loads and breakout cables allow the technician to measure resistance across the cable line identifying if there is a potential pinched wire; short; or open.If steps one and two do not identify an issue; the problem may be in the module itself.
