Optimized nozzle concept for highest possible versatility concerning inlet pressure and spray distance. Now; painters have the possibility to set pressure and distance as required by the paint to be applied; the climatic conditions and the work method ‐ to achieve perfect finishes. Genuine SATA nozzle sets consist of air cap; fluid tip and paint needle. Each nozzle set is separately manually ""tuned"" to optimize the spray fan; resulting in a perfect spray pattern meeting the highest quality expectations. Standard nozzle sets have nickel plated brass air caps; stainless steel fluid tips and stainless steel needles.
