Many diesel powered vehicles now include one or more Exhaust Temperature Sensors (EGT).  Over time; these sensors become difficult to remove because of rust and heat corrosion.  #15300 EGT socket set provides 3 offset and 3 in-line reinforced crowfoot design sockets to R&R the EGT sensors.  Universal application 13mm; 14mm & 17mm sizes are provided in the kit.  Each crowfoot style socket is reinforced to eliminate socket flex providing additional strength during R&R processes.  Crowfoot design socket includes a side cut in the socket body to access the sensor hex without cutting the sensor wire.  Car; light; medium; heavy duty truck applications.
