91400B-LDT Lock Down Tool works in conjunction with the 91400B Universal OHC Spring Compressor Kit to hold the Valve Spring & Cap in the drepressed postion.  This frees up both of the technicians hands to remove and install the valve spring & cap keepers.  The 91400B-LDT & 91400B combination will help reduce OHC valve service times.  91400B-LDT works with all 91400B OHC valve spring service kits with a Hex horizontal bar.  Does not work with old 91400 models with round horizontal bar.
